Local Trails

Hampton's Edge is located on the 46 mile long paved rail trail, formerly the CSX Railway from US highway 301 at the South end to Citrus Springs at the North end.

Starting from the South it crosses through: Trilby, Nobelton, Istachatta, Floral City, Inverness, Holder, Hernando, and Citrus Springs, providing a history lesson of sorts of old North Central Florida.

Also runs through the Croom tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest and along side of the North flowing Withlacoochee River.
